Ashley Rideaux is a Los Angeles–based, 500 E-RYT YogaWorks Certified Teacher Trainer, lover of life, and professional giggler who rocks big hair, a big smile, and an even bigger heart.

In addition to the strong following she has built in LA, she leads trainings, workshops, and retreats all over the world. Ashley's classes are challenging and playful, ranging from therapeutic work to advanced Vinyasa flow. Her classes are a balance of the physical and the philosophical, inviting the body and mind to unfold through her detail to alignment, breath, and meditation.

Described by Lonely Planet as a “classic Mediterranean postcard”, Mallorca is the perfect sunny setting to start your summer. We will spend seven nights in our own finca, a historic farmhouse estate that has been carefully restored for luxury accommodations. With views of olive groves and almond plantations, our finca offers a peaceful getaway tucked away in soulful rolling hills. 

Each day begins with yoga in our private shala, followed by fresh Mediterranean brunch cooked by our personal chef. Our days are designed with a balance of structure and time set aside to honor your personal retreat. Excursions include visits to beaches, a guided tour of Palma, a mindfulness hike, and a visit to a biodynamic winery. In your free time take a walk in the forest, luxuriate in Nature’s glory, swim in the pool, boat in the glimmering sea, get a massage, or design an excursion of your own with help from our private local guide. Each night, exquisite dinner will be prepared by our personal chef.

Andrea Fórizs is the founder of Breathspiration, a company that designs unique experiences around yoga retreats and holidays. She has been a resident of the beautiful island of Mallorca for eight years. Her company has hosted nearly one hundred retreats in Mallorca and other locations. She knows the island very well, and will show you the most authentic side of it! She loves art and nature, and is a foodie. Andrea is looking forward to welcoming you to Mallorca!


Covid-19 Safety Measures : We will observe CDC safety guidelines during the retreat. We are following Spain travel regulations and safety protocol closely. All participants on retreats must present a Negative Covid-19 test taken within 72 hours of the start date of the retreat. Vaccination may also be required. We will social distance and spend as much time in the fresh air as possible. Our top priority is the well-being of our travelers.

1. What airport do I fly into?
You will fly into the Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) which is located about a thirty minute drive from our finca. There will be two airport shuttle pick ups to take guests to the finca. Please check in with Katya to confirm pick up times before you book your flight.

2. Do I need a visa to visit Spain?
No, you do not need a visa to visit Spain. However, your passport must be valid for at least six months after your planned departure date.

3. What are expenses like in Mallorca?
Like in many destinations, costs for meals and shopping vary depending on location. We encourage setting aside spending money for shopping and other activities.

4. Will there be free time?
Yes! Each day there will be designated free time to honor your personal retreat. You may go for a dip in the pool, take an excursion to a nearby village, walk through the forrest, explore local cafes and shops, or spend time relaxing in solitude. We will send an email with free time recommendations, the itinerary, and contact information once you've registered.

5. What are the accommodations like?
Our private farmhouse estate, also known as a finca, sits atop rolling hills among olive and almond groves. The property grounds are surrounded by tranquil forest and include a yoga shala and pool, each with breathtaking views. Our onsite personal chef will cook both brunch and dinner for us daily. There are seven bedrooms total, space is limited.

6. If I am traveling alone can I still share a room with someone?

Yes. If you are traveling on your own and would prefer to share a room, we will do our best to match you with a roommate. All matched roommates will identify as the same gender. If we are unable to match you with a roommate, a single supplement will apply.

7. What is the itinerary like?

Once you register, you will receive an email that includes a detailed itinerary, packing list, and recommendations for free time activities. Each day begins with yoga, followed by fresh Mediterranean brunch, a group activity or free time, afternoon/evening yoga, and dinner. Days with structured excursions alternate with days designed with more open time. Retreat participants may participate in as much or as little of the itinerary as they like. This is your retreat.

8. How do meals work?

Daily brunch and dinner are included in the retreat. Brunch is served after breakfast and is likely to keep you full until dinner. However, if you'd like lunch or a snack, you may purchase these from the finca or a local cafe or restaurant.

9. What levels and types of yoga are practiced?

TSY instructors are well-versed in teaching to all levels. Ashley is a 500 RYT Yoga Works Certified Teacher and teaches alignment-focused classes to students at all levels. Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa yoga are the types of asana yoga practiced on the retreat. We keep our retreat numbers under fifteen yogis to ensure personalized yoga instruction. Ashley will check in with you before and during the retreat to tailor yoga instruction to our group's needs.
